Mason: "I need my front loader Mom."
Me: "Where is it?"
Mason: "In my closet."
Search for said toy commences.
Me: (holding up a toy tractor) "Is this it?"
Mason: "No. I need my front loader."
Me: (holding up another variety of tractor) "Is this it?"
Mason: "No. I don't need a backhoe or a bulldozer or a dump truck. I need a front loader."
I apparently need to brush up on tractor definitions.

Kids are so smart... okay, well not all of them, but yours sure are!
Oh I miss him so much.
How's the potty training going?
That is impressive! Did he learn it all from Papa? I hope you were able to find it!
Mine are the same way, they know all their construction equipment names! Front end loader, back hoe loader, dozer, crane, skid steer loader, scraper, the list goes on. I am a firm believer that somethings are inherently male, that is pure nature not nurture working there!
Tomorrow, tomorrow, I'll see ya, tomorrow. :) And Mason can teach Zackary all about trucks and loaders and backhoes, though Bob the Builder has given him quite the education to this point.
He's learned it mostly from Papa, Dad, and beloved tractor books. He loves Bob the Builder too, but Chad says it teaches inaccurate information about construction:)
